Common Questions & Help
About Your Order
- Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can. We offer a swift cancellation and modification window to ensure flexibility. For a full refund, cancellation must be requested before your order enters the packing process. To change any detail (item, shipping address, etc.), please contact us ideally within the first hour after placing your order. This allows us to process your update before the order advances in our fulfillment system.
Shipping & Delivery
- When will my order ship and arrive?
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday – Friday). Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please be aware that during high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once dispatched, Standard Delivery generally takes 6–12 business days for final delivery. These timeframes are estimates, as actual transit may be affected by logistics networks, customs procedures (if applicable), or unforeseen events. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.
