At homeluxoravista.com, we are dedicated to delivering your order with care, clarity, and reliability. Our process is designed to ensure that each item reaches you accurately and in perfect condition.
After you place an order, we begin with thorough processing, which includes confirming availability, inspecting each item, and preparing secure packaging. This essential stage typically takes 1 to 3 business days before your order is handed over to our shipping partner.
Once dispatched, delivery times vary by destination. For customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia, standard shipping typically ranges from 6 to 12 business days. For other international locations, delivery windows may differ, and we encourage you to contact us for a tailored estimate. Please note that all delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may be influenced by factors outside of our control, such as customs procedures or carrier delays. Should we become aware of any significant delays, we will proactively notify you.
We offer simple and transparent shipping costs. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of $60 or more. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 will apply. These charges are calculated and displayed clearly during checkout.
As soon as your order ships, we will email your tracking details directly to you. You can then track delivery progress via the carrier’s website or app using your unique tracking number—allowing you to monitor estimated delivery dates and receive real-time updates.
In the rare event that a package arrives damaged or appears compromised, please retain all original packaging materials, including the shipping box and internal packaging. We recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. Please also notify our support team at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging, as we may be able to assist in facilitating the carrier claim process.
We appreciate your trust in homeluxoravista.com and are committed to making your delivery experience as seamless as possible.
