We aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase from homeluxoravista.com. If you need to return an item, we are here to ensure the process is straightforward and handled with care.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that items be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. To ensure a smooth process, we require a return authorization prior to you sending the item back. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a prompt resolution, which may include a prepaid return label and expedited replacement or refund at no cost to you.
For returns made for reasons other than an error on our part (such as a change of preference), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. While we process refunds promptly, please allow additional time for the refund to be reflected by your financial institution.
This policy is designed to be fair and transparent, reflecting our commitment to your trust in homeluxoravista.com.
